Vehicle Allotment module is to allot the vehicles for the FIT Reservations, in which the Transportation service type is being used. The figure 1.1 represents the search options for the Reservations.

Here you can provide the search details in corresponding fields as mentioned. The search option will redirect you to the reservation details list page. From this list the Driver’s Itinerary document can be generated for each reservation by selecting the check box and click on ‘Driver’s Itinerary’ button. The ‘Export‘ button will generate the ‘VehicleAllotmentList.csv’ list for the reservations details in the search list. Please refer the fig1.2 for more details.

By clicking on ‘Allot‘ button, will generate one pop-up window in which the vehicles can be allotted for the reservation for each date by entering all the details. Please refer fig.1.3 for more details.
