Receivables in Centaur consists of payments from clients in the form of payments against packaged tour and FIT reservations. These could also be adjustments and refund entrues. Also Gift certificates purchased by persons for travelers are also listed under receivables.
Clients could be agencies or direct travelers. The payments are either handled using credit cards or cash.
Receivables are grouped into Packaged Tour Reservations and FIT Tour Reservations. Gift certifcates can be managed using the Gift Certificate Search option where one could search as well as create new gift certificates.
Gift certificates are certificates purchased by a party or a person so that they gift the certificate that has a money equivalent which can be used by the traveler during the tour.
