Search for Waiting list PTR reservations
To search for waiting list reservations in the packaged tour segment, we can use this search facility to search for a section or all of the waiting list bookings using a suitable search criteria,
Let us have a look at the screen for searching the said waiting list.
Once you have searched the required waiting list transaction, and provided there are records that match the search criteria, the results are shown to the operator in the search restults screen as shown below.
Once you have the waiting list reservation that you were looking for, click on the waiting list ID to view the entire details of the reservation as shown below.
The operator can choose to move this reservation from waiting list to main reservation using the Move to Main Option button on top as shown in the screen below.
