Automated Payment Plan Workflow

A new section(Automated Payment Plans) is created under the pricing tab in the package tour setup details page. And we have renamed the existing payment plan tab as Regular Payment Plans.
In the Automated Payment Plan section we can configure the automated plan details. At present the system allows to configure only one plan at a time (It is based on the workflow provided by a client ). Also the plan that is once added can only be deleted if it is not opted by any of the travelers.

Explaining the grid columns :
First Column is for giving the plan name.
Then we have an Initial Payment section. In this section we do have an option to add initial payment due date and initial payment amount. Please note that the due date and amount should be the same as that of the regular payment plan. This is because, according to the current workflow the traveler can make the initial payment even before he is opting for the auto payment plan. So if he made the initial payment at the time of submission and then when he tries to opt for automated payment we cannot show another additional payment, so that is why the initial payment details of Regular Payment Plan and Automated Payment Plan has to be the same.
The third section is for installment details. We need to specify the start date, ie the date from which the automated payment starts (ie. the first installment date). Then we need to specify the number of installments that we need to have. Then the amount that has to be deducted. Finally we need to set the installment interval details. The interval can be defined in terms of months or days.
Eg: Let’s assume that we set the start date to be 10th January 2021, no. of installments to be 3, amount as $100 and interval as 1 month. So in this case the system will start the automated process on 10th january 2021 and the next installment will be on 10th February 2021 like this the process will continue for 3 times.
The last section is for saving the final payment due date.

Click here to view the page in full size), instead of showing the Thank You page, a new page will be shown where the participant can view the automated plan available for that tour. The participant can opt for the automated plan from there.
