Package Tour setup – Cruise
To setup a cruise package tour, we need to follow the below logical steps
Step 1- Adding a ship
1.1 | System Administration > Ship Definition > Add New Ship |
1.2 | Input the ship details |
1.3 | Add Decks to the ship. (Enter the deck details like name, deck image and save it ) |
1.4 | Add Cabin Types and save them |
1.5 | Adding Cabins (Add cabins specify the deck and cabin category ) |
Step 2 – Cruise Tour Setup
2.1 | Add a Tour Template Under the Tour Type “Cruise” in PickList Management |
Create a Tour Template – A Template is an instance from where new tours can be created. It has a Tour Number which is from the series of the corresponding tour type. Also we need to specify the Tour Category and the region in addition to the template name. |
2.2 Tour Build in Package Tour setup module as Normal Package Tour | |
2.3 Add Departure date | |
2.4 After added the departure date Assign a ship for the tour | |
2.5 Tour Inventory – Deck and Cabin assign | |
Assign a ship is which is available for that departure date. |
2.6 Package the services in Package tab | |
2.7 Pricing for each Deck and Cabins | |
Add the pricing for the cabins depending on the cabin category and the deck. |
2.7 Release the required departures from the Departure tab.
