Some of the functions grouped under Operations include:
1. Vendor and DMC Management – allows us to setup new vendors and Destination management companies.
2. Package Tours Setup – allows us to package a new tour.
3. Multi day itinerary setup – allows us to create a multi day itinerary that can be used to create a FIT.
4. Vehicle Allotment – allows us to allot vehicles for FIT Reservations that uses transportation services
5. Flight information setup for PTR and FIT transactions
6. Air Contract and Air Pricing
7. Managing Client Documents – allows us to setup a list of client documents for a reservation and generate them which can be emailed and also printed.
8. Tour Director profile and Assignment – setting up profile information of Tour directors who can then be assigned to tours later.
