Template Text
Document Template text assigning section is added in Operations – Package Tour Set Up – Attachments tab.
We can give customized document templates text in the Rich Editor against each document and each departure of a tour.
Dynamic fields can also include along with text.
As of now, those fields are restricted to 5 (Company_Name,Tour_Name, Gateway,Traveler_Name and Final_Pay_Date).
This text can show in the corresponding document templates of the selected departure dates when we run a document template(as per the request from clients).
