When we get an online request for document or a brochure, all these requests are first queued up underĀ the online documents and submission screen as shown below.
Let us say if we need to click at one of the client requests, we need to click on the temporary assigned client id. The Client id is temporary since we haven’t entered or registered the person behind the request as a client yet. When you click on such a request, the details of the request are presented to you as shown below.
You can add any number of brochures from the list of existing documents to this request. Also, you can register this person as one of your clients. It may so happen that this request came from an existing client. In such cases, the system will put up a list of names of existing clients that closely resemble the one that came in this request. You can match the details that you have with the latest profile details that came with this request and choose to update the latest information about the customer in the system.
The best thing is you can choose to keep the old information by amending it or adding a bit of information from the new request, or decide to update the entire profile information with the new details that came in the brochure request.
