TBD – Information to follow – For Non-Chartered Tours, the process is fairly simple – you can select Waitlist when Selecting a tour when selecting the Departure Date for a specific Sold Out Tour.
For Chartered Tours, the System Administrator is building a “”mirror-copy”” of the Tour with a WL code for new reservations. Once space clears, you will manually change the a Reservation from the WL tour to the Main tour using the Res ID / Modify Reservation Function (Summary Tab).
