FIT-Payments, Adjustments & Refunds
We use this option to record payments against a FIT tour reservation as and when they are received from customers or agencies.
The user can use the search screen to narrow down on a reservation. Below is shown a sample reservation details page. On Top of the page, we have the Payments option to make payments against the transaction as and when they happen.
Screen 1: The Reservation details page
The top section of the screen has buttons for Payments to be carried out. To carry out the necessary entry or transaction, the user can go to the payments screen. Payments can either be done using credit card or Cash option.
