1. How are Clients in Centaur classifed?
For a Tour company (TC), clients are anyone who are interested in booking a tour or reservations. Such reservation bookings come from independent travelers, agencies who might be promoting a set of their own clients to the TC. Additionally there could be Direct groups who may approach the TC for any tours directly.
2. Who is an Agent?
An agent is a representative of a Tour Agency who would be assigned a specific set of travelers or groups to deal with regarding the tour requirements of such parties. An agent also co-ordinates reservations or is in charge of such sales for a agency group within an agency. In the case of Direct group, it is the Group leader who plays the role of a coordinating agent between the group and the TC.
3. What is the difference between a Direct group and an Agency Group?
A direct group is a group or an association having members whereby the group directly approaches the Tour promoting company for their tour requirements. An Agency Group first reports to an Agency for their tour requirements using an agent who then communicates with the TC for their tour requirements.
4. How do you link an agent of an agency with a Agency group?
An agent of an agency can cater to one of more agency groups within that agency. So when an agency group is created, we need to select one agent who would be assigned to the group from that agency.

Tags Feature
We are proposing a new feature to add tags in all clients profiles to the application:
1) Add New Tags in client profiles.
2) Search using multiple tag names
Here is how we propose to implement this new logic.
Add New picklist “Tags” for each client type.
Show Tags in clients profile.
Add and Save new tags. Delete tags.
Tags based search.
New picklist “Tags” for each client type
This option will let the user define the tags available for a particular client type. Define and save the client profile tags along with the status through System Administration > Picklist >Tags ( Direct Traveler).
Screen for ‘New Picklist “Tags”
Show Tags in clients profile
All the tags that are added in a profile will be listed in the Summary Section of the Client Profile.
For an Admin users, the X icon will show next to each tag. By clicking on it, the tag can be deleted. Only the Administrator user will have the ability to delete tags. ie. the tags will have the X sign showing ONLY for Admin user. For all other users, they can only Add Tags.
By default, when the user gets to the Summary page, the Tags section will be automatically expanded and shown. When the Add Tags button is clicked, we show a modal box with all the tags defined (through Picklists) and next to each of them, show a CheckBox. The user can check any of the Tags and click on the OK button.
