What are Documents
Travel Documents can range from simple introductory letters to itinerary and invoice letters. Each such type of letters are collectively called as Documents. We can generate documents by going to a particular reservation which in turn would either create such letters in real time or they can be sent as email attachments to the email id specified on the documents page for that reservation.
The Documents screen page allows us to create a new template or use existing templates and generate them immediately or send them as email templates. There is also a batch print mode which allows us to defer the selected templates for a reservation to a batch printing job which can be executed later.
