Batch Print Queue allows us to send the selected templates of a reservation to a batch printing job which can be executed. This also means you can queue up your activity of generating travel documents for a batch of reservations.

Steps to acheive a batch print queue.
1. While generating documents for a reservation, keep the batch print check box clicked and uncheck the pdf documents check box.
2. Once all such documents for a reservation have been delegated to a print batch, use this option to select the appropriate batch job and generate the documents.
