Reservation Transfer is added as a sub module under Application Administration Module
Any number of Reservations of a tour can be transferred to another tour, together.
Before performing reservation transfer, make sure that the following conditions are met.
1. Both tours must have Same Packages with Same Vendor, Service duration and Service Offset.
2. Both tours must have same duration (Otherwise it will result in inconsistency in service duration of packages added).
3. The tour/departure date to which you want to transfer the reservations must have inventory greater than or equal to the total number of travelers in the reservations.
4. While transferring reservations, all the tour prices in the reservations will be updated with the corresponding room prices in the new tour.
