Flight Information – Packaged Tour
The Flight Information -Package Tour Reservations link brings up the Flight Information-Search screen as shown in Fig 1 below.

Any existing flight information can be searched by giving one or more of the fields in Fig 1 and clicking on the Search button. It may be noted here that by selecting the Tour Name field from the list, the corresponding Tour No. and Tour Code fields in Fig 1 will be loaded from the database. The Status field contains the options Active, Canceled and All. The Active option can be clicked to obtain information about active flights. Similarly, the Canceled option gives information about cancelled flights and the All option gives information about both active and canceled flights. On clicking the Search button, the search results will be displayed in the screen as shown in Fig 3 with the Res ID, Tour Date, Traveler. Name, Bill To Name, Pax, Orig. City, Responsibility and Add/Modify fields. Similarly we can search FIT reservations using Itinerary Name Fig 2 shows FIT reservation search screen.

Clicking the Res ID link for the traveler, the air information details for the reservation will be shown as in Fig 4 below.

To modify the details, the operator can click on the Modify button. Clicking on the Modify button brings up the Add/Modify Flight Information screen with field details like Air Cost/person, Flight No, Org.Date, Org.City, Time, Arr.Date, Arr.City and Time loaded from the database as shown in Fig.5.
The Airline code can be searched by typing Airline Name or Air code in ‘Airline’ column in the grid
as shown in Fig. 6 below.

Similarly we can search Departure Airport or Arrival Airport by just typing Airport name or country name or airport code as shown in Fig. 7 below.

If a group of travelers are reserving for the same flight, then the operator can select the reservation numbers of these travelers by clicking on the Add/Modify checkbox in Fig.3 and then clicking on the Add button. Clicking on the Add button brings up the Add/Modify Air Information screen as shown in Fig 5. The operator can enter Air Cost /person, Flight No, Org.Date, Org.City, Time, Arr.Date, Arr.City and Time and click on the Add button (instead of Modify button in Fig 4) to save the details.
We can delete the flight information by clicking the delete button provided in each row as shown in Fig 8 below.
